1968 Mustang Fastback
The original owner got into a small wreck and damaged the front left corner and hood. He put the car on a trailer, covered it with a tarp intending to do repairs when he had time. It sat on the trailer eventually lost in a pile of other items collected over 35 years.
The car was discovered while clearing the property. It took two weeks to uncover the car so the trailer could be pulled out of the property. It took 4hrs to transfer it to a trailer to tow home as the trailer it was stored on had rotted flooring.
The car was dustless blasted. The rust was so extensive there was not much left of the car. A decision was made to press forward and build a Eleanor tribute car in pro tour style.
